I've looked high and low for an answer but am stumped.

I got my panels off and the plastic pulled back. I can't see where to unbolt the handles from. I can see a bolt that looks like it goes from the outside, in, but no way to access it in reality.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, as for why, I'm wrapping the whole car in matte white. I'm about 1/3 the way finished.
