Back in the evo Family

Hello everyone, some may know me some may not but after a year out of the Evo world from the sale of my 9 I am back with a new 2012 X GSR. I will post up some real unbiased reveiws soon for folks in the market of an 8, 9, 9 MR or X since I have owned all of them at one point. I hope all is well with everyone and its great to be back to the site. Bunch of good people here and the ite is just the bomb for any Evo enthusiast weather you own an Evo or just a fan. EvoM is an incredible resource of vast knowledge.

So with that in mind stay cool, drive safe and be responsible.

Will put up some pics of the new x very soon...

Jeff

going to keep her stock for a while. I spent some cash on my past Evo's and I am going to go a different route or approach this time. I want to master this car on the track (at least once a month I hope Speed Ventures ) and really get a feel for this new Evo. The Handling on this car I mean, its so different than the 8/9 and 9 MR I had in the past its amazing. My 9MR had the stock MR suspension, but upgraded sway bars, bushings, tires, and dialed in by Robi at Robi-Spec himself. This stock X is on a whole different level. The Turn in on this X is just unbelievable. The 8/9 though had better steering feel IMO.

I think I will "learn" this car, figure out what I feel it needs so I can drive it the best I can. Sometimes more HP, More TQ doesn't always equal a better all around car. I learned that the hard way.

Welcome back, I'm like you. I've owned 5 Evos since 2003. Can't get away from them!
