Under tray

So my under tray is beat to hell and scraping the ground. I am thinking of taking the whole thing off. Do you guys think I would run into any problems?

No, just your engine bay will get dirty. Mine ripped off from the snow last month and never had any issue. I was concerned about the air filter since i have a AMS CAI but no issues. My SSP Under Tray should be here Wed

Yea, it is better to use one, just because it also guides air and keeps air flowing to certain areas, but it won't cause any major problems.

I think the tray also helps with cooling though. Has an inlet for cooling the transission/tcase also guides to send air to the brakes. Just something to consider. It is much easier to not have to deal with it when working, but it is there for a reason.

that's like the first thing I've broken on every car I swear

you may notice some bumper sag once you lose the support that it gets from riveting to the subframe
