Lease problems!

$560 a month for 6 years. $1000 down. Over $2k negative equity and gap. 3.6% interest
Hopefully this doesnt turn into a pricing thread.
I saw someone else in another thread say they are leasing also. About $5k down. $500 a month 48 months. But I believe they said around $9k residual though.
Are you sure this is correct? They might be trying to screw you. And I'm sure you can afford to buy one since you can come up with $5k down and $500 a month. Put less down. Extend to 5-6 years. And buy one instead

It's a little-known fact that there are angels assigned to watch over the kind of people who get their financial advice by posting in lazy-mode on car-related web-sites. These angels have a tough job, because these are often hard people to help, but the angels do all that they can. For example, they sometimes cause certain paperwork to be processed more slowly, on the off-chance that the person that they are trying to help will come to their senses and realize that ...
... is a terrible deal.
When you ignore these angels, G*d kills a kitten.
Don't be the guy that kills the kitten.

Not just the $48k to own it, if you decide not to keep the car it will cost you $29k just to rent it for 4 years.

I waited about 15 min to hear back from Mitsu on a decision and the entire process took about an hour or less.
Also make sure you are negotiating the price of the vehicle, not the monthly payments. I got my '12 under invoice.

What I'm saying is I'm paying $360.00 a month on a $42k car which a lot of people paying $360 a month lease on a $33k base GSR.
And I got it last year feb 2011 not this year.
Sorry correct me $380 a month

A 328 i 2012 new model not even awd leases for $399.00 with $ 3874.00 due at signing that's not including taxes bank fee regi etc. Were talking minimum $5k out of pocket and get this for a $39,395.00 sticker price. So I'm happy I'm paying $380.00 for a $42k sticker.
Can you compare the quality with the BMW, not even close lol your absolutely right on that part for gods sake no. Haha
But then again we love our evo's so were willing to pay that amount even if it had roll up windows
