2012 Lancer Evolution GSR Lease

Lease: $349 per month / 48 months / $3,698 due at lease signing.Includes required refundable security deposit. Excludes tax, license, title, registration, documentation fees, insurance and the like.

Contrary to what sales people think, new Evo buyers are not dumb high school kids with rich parents. We are generally educated adults.
Dude, a car costs what it costs. If you read the whole post I said that a 450/m lease would be 48 months with TTL and first months payment. Then you go and quote some deal that includes money down and doesn't include TTL month. Yeah, you can buy down a lease payment. With 3,600 down + TTL you're talking around 5.5k at signing. When I say 450 a month, I was looking at about $1500 due at signing, including TTL. So yes, can you get a 350 a month payment? Sure, but you gotta put an extra $4,000 down.

That's actually not too terrible. I mean 37k is like paying MSRP, but I know in areas like mine, it's so hard to get an Evo, that getting the same deals you can on the east coast or west coast just doesn't happen. Also, you're paying less than someone buying a new STi (mostly).

I'm looking to do that $349/m lease deal on a 2012 MR touring tomorrow. I was hoping to put. 5k down, so I guess I'll be looking at more than $400/m because the deal is originally for a gsr.
Does this sound right? What should residual be at the end of the lease?

Why do people lease these cars with such **** lease programs? I just don't get it. With $5k down on a finance I'm sure you are under $600 per month.

How the hell did you get the monthly so low? If your sticker was $42k and you put down $5k, for 48 months it should be more like 480/month
I'm assuming you got the same money factor I did, 0.0005

The deal they have me at so far is $41,500 with $10,000 down from a trade-in, for 48 months with a 0.0005 money factor and $17,482 residual. and it comes to $380/month. WTF?
it should be like $330/month when I use online calculators.

Money factor this factor i dont know what they did.
All i know is i gave $5k total walk iut everything not a penny more gave me the keys and drive 48 months $380 month i pay exactly.

Again if anyone wants my car just take over the payments and ill pay the bank fee to swap the lease. You just continue the 30 months left on the lease car has like 2+k miles and ETS intake, upper and lower ic pipes, cobb diwn pipe and high flow cat and cobb access port with Ivey tune on top of that, ralky armor mudflaps and aem gauges mounted in the glove box. Car is brand new show room condition and ill throw a brsnd new set of wheels mb wheels with brand new falken tires which i bought for my 8 never mounted them and you could use them on this for fun once a while.
I just dont like this x model at all the 8 and 9 are 10 times better.
