And that is one from SC or HB Mitsu. Hell in the NE that car new would be 40k.

I agree with being careful when buying a used performance car however that car is far from "not much more" new comparing apples to apples
Here the prices are high, too. I sold my first 08 X w/SSS package to a dealer in 2010 for $27,000. I just bought another 08 X w/SSS last year and paid $24,500 for it w/44k miles, Cobb AP, springs and turbo back-and that was a steal.

I bought my 2008 GSR w/SSS brand new for $26,500 and took 2 weeks of negotiations.

Just because prices are high doesn't mean you can't negotiate down. If your paying near MSRP prices, then you're the "sucker" in a "Sucker born every minute." quote.

Offer $20k for that car. I wouldn't pay a penny more for that. Someone got rid of that car for a reason, and it could be a maintenance nightmare in the waiting.

It's obviously modified tho.. AMS intercooler and upper intercooler pipe, and an aftermarket exhaust. Atleast it's not cheap parts.

EDIT: Has it been wrecked? The intercooler looks a little crooked?
I agree with this, besides the black wheels. Tasteful mods though...

A friend of mine just got a 2008 with 19k miles on it for $28,999. His has everything but navi. So, based on that I'd say the extra 15,000 miles are worth more off the car than $2,000

It's not a bad price for a fully loaded gsr you can always get a ext.warrant from the bank or dealer.A dealer just sold one with the same mile and price where i'm at,but it didn't have the body kit and the navi.

did they sell the car or something? Or is that a way to get people to come in and try and sell them something else? If so that's a retarded sales tactic..

Asking about an OTD price on a nation wide forum is pointless. TTL is different in each state. WHat I paid is going to be different, even if we paid the same price for the car.

As for what I paid for mine, it's a 2012 base model. I got it for 33,999. High end you can expect to pay 39.5ish for Premium Package, leather, SS, Navi, Aeor kit,

Technically, that's called a bait and switch. In some states this is illegal. Check with your states laws. In either case, I'd call the BBB.

get it from southcoast or hbmitsu. you can get a 2011 gsr SS for $30k if you work at it. $31k if you don't want to negotiate.

so i was looking online right now for an evo and the same one pops up that i was looking at. same place also. posted on the 19th of this month. so either their posting a car that they don't have or they just lied to me when i stopped by. which one is most likely that happen?? I'm thinking they just had the car in the back and try to sell people other cars when they get there.
