There isn't a factory option. You can get a remote start, but that's as close as you'll get from Mitsu itself.

I think they are talking about the push button start switch for the Evo X. Mitsubishi UK offers them here:

Seems expensive for what it is. Cool, but expensive.

On a side note I GOTTA get that foot rest!!!!

The only thing that sucks is that you have to actually move the key to the on position. On the outlander sports all you need to do is push the button.

That foot rest does look awesome. But $200!!!?? That's a bit absurd.

Luckily I have weathertech floor mats so the foot rest gets covered up

Yeah, the price is crazy, I'm hoping I can find a deal, though the chances are slim to none. Otherwise I will be waiting until tax time.

My 2008 altima had a push to start feature. That worked with your key in your pocket. That was in 2008 in a 21,000 car. You would figure my 2012 37,000 car would have that feature. I guess not. Atleast i have the fast key.

Sure, they just won't ship to U.S. address. If you know someone in the UK you can have it shipped to them and have them mail it to the States.

That's my plan, the wife has a couple of friends across the pond.

They also have stainless steel kick plates for the front AND BACK. You have to order the complete set though.

I wish I knew someone in the UK.

I wanted to order the scuff plates for the Evo from that site, but I ended up just ordering the fronts from a dealer near me. Now I only get fronts but oh well.
