so my 2010 controls will work with aftermarket with 'adapter'? I was looking at some Kenwoods because I like Garmin NAV better than Tom Tom or others.

anyone have experience with Kenwoods?

From my experiance Kennwood looks good but is soooo slow. I had JVC and it was good and also very responsive

I have also heard about good things about poineer too!
