Bad experience with Lancershop.com

Bad experience with Lancershop.com

I was initially happy with the service as I ordered $1400 worth of the stuff for this build. They were up front about there being a back order and gave me an expected date. After the expected date came and went without contact I called. They did send them out two days later from my call. When I received the items I was missing a simple silicon coupler which prevented me from installing one of the kits. I emailed them right away(it was the weekend) and figured they would correct it right away in line with the service so far. Instead I got an email asking for me to take pictures of everything and send them in, which will be forwarded to the shipping manager and they will go from there. No apology, no "We'll make it right". Just, prove it and maybe we'll give you what you paid for is the attitude I received. I'm ordering a new turbo, cams, fuel pump, fuel rail, new injectors, plugs, etc.. this and next week. I won't be getting any of it from this site.

EVOstore and lancershop are pretty much the same company I ordered from LS also was missing the SC they told the shipping mang he checked then 3 days later got them in the mail. They get a lot of orders so there will always be a mix up here and there. Does not mean there not a good shop as far as the pic that is a little to far but then agen they might have had people call about missing part when every thing was shipped. A lot of people out there use the i did not get some thing to get extra basic lie they might just be protective.

Interesting...I ordered a Injen intake from them and it came without the filter. I did a live chat with a customer service rep there and she had everything taken care of within minutes. Got the filter the next day. Sorry to hear you had such a rough time.

They are the same company, the same person/people one them. They also own like 5 more joint companies. And having them mess up an order have bad experience is not a supprise. They are a local shop to me and there terrible.

I've just been disappointed with the way they're handling me. They're not the only shop I'm buying parts from and no one else gives me the feeling that I'm being watched to make sure I'm not stealing a dollar piece after spending thousands. Just doesn't seem like good business.

that shop does a very very large volume in sales on a daily basis because as mentioned its like 8 sites in 1. having said that, i never experienced a issue from them before.

for the most part, whenever you buy a part it comes from the same warehouse anyways when its a mainstream item.. so the best thing is to find the best price and find someone that will respond quickly and place the order promptly.. that and of course someone whos willing to work after the sale if something were to need adjusted.
