Litespec Customer Service. Does it exist?

Thumbs down Litespec Customer Service. Does it exist?

I placed an order from their website couple days ago and made my payment via Paypal.

Yesterday, I tried to contact with them and check to see if everything is OK , if they received my payment(although Paypal sent me a receipt of my order) and what is the expected the shipping date.

and guess what?

They don't have any contact information on their website, no address or phone number, only an email address...ugghh. I emailed them and PMed also in this forum, still no response. Is there any way to get ahold of these guys? I just don't want to wait 5 more days to see I cannot get my order processed or they don't have the item in their stock because my time is valuable

I normally don't like the fact when some companies don't put their contact information and instead put couple email addresses. That actually makes me question the dependability of the company that I am having business with.

Anyone had the same issue? Who else ordered from their website and what kind of response they received(if received any)

It took them about 3 days to get back to me when i did the group buy but they are very good.

I really liked the look of the exhaust and it seems like a good quality piece(hopefully) but it sucks not being able to talk to someone when you want to. I also don't mind communicate with anyone via emails since I have my emails forwarded to my phone but they also didn't answer the emails..oh well..
