Cobb Tuning, which maps to use

Hey guys, I'm very new to this but i purchased the COBB AP. I will be installing the ams short ram intake in my 2011 GSR. what maps should i use? thanks

There is a Cobb AP sub section that might be better for this post. But I think it will be a stage 1 and then depend on if you are using 91 or 93. I maybe incorrect though.
