Sway Bar Popping

Purchased a Robbi spec rear sway bar, with endlinks. Put it all on. drove for a week with it all put together, during extreme cornering and off-camber corners the endlinks would pop. Felt like i didn't get the end links to the right length, causing it to pop, pulled off Robbi spec endlinks, put the stock endlinks back on. Drove around town for 2 weeks, no problem, hard cornering and off-camber no issues. Put the stock endlinks into the the second mild setting, same setting I've been trying to get work the entire time (Robi spec rear sway bar has four stiffness settings). Participated in the usual Autocross event this last Sunday, now the OEM endlinks have started popping and they're popping during normal everyday driving speeds and corners... even if i adjusted the robi spec endlinks to whatever length i'm afraid i'm looking in the wrong direction. I don't think i'm wrong about it being the endlinks but if the stock ones pop and the robbi spec ones popped what am i missing? completely stock suspension everywhere else, 22K miles, shocks are still good, nothing loose when lifted i've pushed and pulled on everything. Its evidently something flexing then poping (sway bar, is the only thing i can think of) i can't reproduce the issue without driving it...

Off course i could take it somewhere but i'm more upset that i can't solve the problem or wrap my brain around it. the logic i'm putting towards this isn't solving it.

Think i've discovered the problem, anyone else wanna chime in with similar issues and intuitive solution? Think its the mounting brackets to the chassis. the stock bolts just have lock washers, i put bigger washers on it but perhaps not big enough. the end links seem fine but perhaps its sliding at the bracket? the robbi spec is more slotted than the stock ones. whats the torque supposed to be on these bolts, They're on tight enough to bend the washers but perhaps its more than i think?

sounds scary to me. Usually chasis bolts are 100+ pounds of torque i think

i know mine loose up after a few days in a new hole. Reason being is it wears off the powder coating or paint, which then creates a small gap and needs re tightening.

Bolts to the chassis are on stupid tight, still popping! Thinking perhaps its the bar slidding through the bushings (robbi spec doesn't have lateral locks on the bar) or maybe it's the position i've mounted the bracket to the chassis, meaning the bracket is slotted and i've pushed it all the way to the back of the slot, towards the end of the car. Gonna lose it all up again and tighten it down as far forward as the slots allow. Don't think this will solve it, as nothing is interfering with it in its current position... running out of ideas...
