Well I got in a horrid accident when I was younger so I'm basically paid a lot to live monethly and bi annually. So I'm able to do what I've wanted to do for 6 years now. Being that I'm a female, people laugh at my idea of racing it. But I'm going to try.
I'm already the fastest car in my group of show cars atm. I just want to get it on a track honestly.

But I'll play kid.
"Fastest car in my group show cars" is like being able to count to potato in the Special Ed class.
Track is way different than rally.
Now, road racing. If you really want to start off in that area. High Performance Driving Schools (NASA HPDE, SCCA PDX).
Mods? NONE. Get brake pads. Get seat time. Learn.
And oh, btw, as far as Rallying...
You don't buy and build a rally car, you buy a completed one unless you seriously know what you're doing and have built them before. Starting off with an Evo X rally build will be a huge headache. There are rules that even experienced builders still come up against.
Also you need to start off with restrictor turbo or NA car in rally. You simply don't start off in an Evo X without some serious seat time.

^ Doesn't matter if you are male or female. The way you crafted your initial post, how could anyone have answered it? Little by little you are getting down to specifics. If you want to rally race, PM Robevo plain and simple. He can answer all your questions. There are plenty of female drivers who are superb race drivers. That is not the issue. And, do you really want to spend $50-100K on a rally program?

If you live in the Northern Va/DC/MD area and truly want to race; start with autoxing with the SCCA DC Region at Fedex Field, Virginia Motor Sports Club in Richmond, or NASA. There's also track days at Summit Point.
I find it odd though that you live in Stafford, Va; drive an Evo and do shows but I don't know you?

I'm still confused... if you got into a horrid accident... what was so bad? Like are you disfigured? You shouldn't be driving. Are you handicapped? You shouldnt be driving. I'm not trying to be a debby downer, but what you say doesnt add up. Well that and I've never met a girl named Devan o.0...
Plus you can't come in here and say I have unlimited amounts of money and only drive an evo x. I'm sorry but if I had that money I wouldn't be driving one

Dont think its just me but the whole story isn't adding up... unlimited funds really??? might you be exaggerating a bit. If your just looking for what mods to get for your car there are threads already made no need to make up a story. just saying
now lets say it is all real try not to be so vague the people here are pretty knowledgable just need to be more specific with what your looking for .

If you are serious, I would start with Auto-X or track days. Like everyone said, you are just going to need seat time, some brake pads, and better fluid. So its cheap, fun, and a lot safer. Plus it's not as big of a headache as transforming the whole car into strictly a rally car.
If you really want to rally, plan to spend Atleast 100k. Like the OP stated, contact Robevo. He's a member on this forum and knows what he is doing. Check out different threads his this car and team. He has a lot of pictures and videos of everything.
