Diverter valve blows air while revving high not in gear.
I get turbo fludder under load like a vacuum leak would cause but I've checked all my hoses including fpr. Could there be issues with diverter valve? It's stock and I was boosting around 26 psi.

 

Sounds normal to me.

 

When not in gear this changes your effective load. Your BOV won't sound the same at all. So, as Kracka said, sounds normal.
