Need help on finding steering wheel/alignment issue

Hi, guys, I did some researches on evo forum already, but really couldn't find any useful info regarding my issue.

I bought my car 4months ago,
Recently, I noticed my steering center default position/ lock position when I am not holding steering is a bit off , it is like / , only like 5-10 degrees maybe.
I have been going through 2 alignments in 2 good shops , and it still feels the same way.
Now, I also noticed that the car steering center was almost perfect when I have another passenger sitting next to me. The steering wheel center position also seems to close to perfect when my car is loaded with a lot stuff.
Previous owner put on rota grid 18x9.5 with 265/35/18 tires all around. I also noticed that he replaced springs with swift s springs.

Now... I am confused.
I don't think I want Another alignment would solve the issue..
What can be the cause of this issue?
Right now, the tire has around 4/32 left , so I think it could be the tires not being worn evenly.
I really hope it is not the suspension component getting bad.
Also, I am worried that my s-awd system goes bad too. Since, I think the center position of steering when I am not holding it should be centered regardless how my alignment is? I am not sure..
I do feel steering to left is more sensitive than steering to right.

The crooked steering wheel does drive straight when I let off steering wheel.
And after maybe 10 secs it starts slowly pulls to right

Please help me to figure this out.
Thanks a lot , guys!

Probably pre-alignment tire wear.

Might look into a RCA kit since it has springs. Might help solve your issue.
