At 3500 pounds and 290 hp, the ironically named Evolution seems to have stopped evolving. These are the same numbers of the Evo of the early mid 2000's. Back then, the Boxster S was 258 hp. 7 years later, the Boxter S is lighter, puts out 311 hp, and is more fuel efficient. That's evolution. Hey, you were the ones who started the Porsche comparison...t

Agreed on the weight, they added some safety to the Evo. Even at 291 HP compared to 311 on the Porsche the Evo still accelerates to 60 faster and is way more practical sedan vs roadster?

The Boxster S is 61K vs 41K. Look at the "Evolution" of a GT500 for the same or less money. I would rather have a C6 Vette Vert than a Boxster S.

I think boxsters are crap I was referring to the comments on FB about how a BS has 311 HP now and the Evo hasn't evolved. I'd rather have an Evo because of practicality.
4door, all season driving, room for the family, plenty of power for a DD. go on and on what else is better?
