Ok so I was intrested in the Megan Catback but not being able to hear it before I buy it has detured me from it. I am now not sure which exhaust to get a co-worker of mine has a Perrin catback it sounds good alittle to quiet for me. Another co-worker has the Ultimate Racing catback and it is a little to loud for me. Anybody have any suggestions? I am getting burnt out watching youtube exhaust videos.

Future mods with be the Cobb AP Perrin panel filter Perrin turbo inlet pipe and whatever exhaust I get. Thanks for the input

 

Well.....People telling you what a exhaust sounds like is not going to help you out any. I listened for a few days to all that I could find before I made my decision. So many good ones out there its hard to choose and most are picked from the sound...which you have to listen too. Lol And you could always get the Akrapovic. =D

 

too easy man. ETS V2. It comes in three different versions, quiet, standard, and extreme. Depending on how loud you want it is up to you. I had a V2 Standard with the stock cat and it wasn't too loud but had a nice growl. added a test pipe and didn't hear too much of a difference. when you really step on it is when your gonna hear it scream.

 

This. ETS (in my opinion) has the best sounding exhaust for the X.

 

i loved it. it sounds good at idle and when u floor it, it screams like a bat outta hell. the borla catback is a little louder than the standard, but i think im gonna go with the V2 extreme on my new evo.

 

Got the ETS quite TBE myself. I love!
