Question Will 18x9.5+12 fit with out using camber ?

Will 18x9.5+12 offset fit perfectly without rubbing on the strut, or do i have to use camber to keep the rears tucked inside the fender ? Thanks fellas.

Absolutely not as for as fender work goes. I can't be certain about the strut but I'm pretty sure it will clear it. The rear fenders will need some slight work.

You will need camber and a fender roll- ammount depending on how big you go on tires..

OK so while were on the subject and for some reason I cant seem to get all the wheel fitment stuff through my thick skull lol.....what are the widest wheels/tires we can safely fit on a 1 inch drop without camber...would obviously go with XXX/35/18 tires

Let's walk through it, then, so that these threads become less necessary.

Dropping from +38 to +12 moves the center of the wheel outwards by almost exactly an inch. Moving from 8.5"-wide wheels to 9.5"-wide wheels adds a half inch more wheel on both sides. Thus, the inside edge of the wheel moves away from the strut by a half inch (1" minus 1/2"), while the outside edge of the wheel moves outward by one and a half inches (1" plus 1/2"). So the wheel will definitely clear the strut; the tire probably will, too, unless you jam some ridiculously wide tire onto the 18x9.5s.

This is all moot, of course, if the OP isn't ready to go to town on his fenders. You can't move the outside edge of the tires outwards by 1.5" without major work.
