Forged is pretty good I guess, although I've heard some complaints about a couple of their tunes.. The other thing is when I called there to make an appointment for a tune, they said it was going to be a few months till they had an open date. That was during summer though.

There was a tuner from TTP in Florida that was coming to ATL like once a month a tuning, but I don't know if he is still doing that.
