About to get back into an Evo X
Hey guys, It's been a while since I have been on here but I just sold my 08 335i and i'm wanting to buy a 2012 Evo new from my local dealer.
So, where I live the dealer has 2 12' Evo X GSR with the SS package one is Mercury Grey the other is Rally Red both equipped the same. They said they will sell me the car for invoice minus holdback which comes to $34,830.
So, the catch is that the Grey one which is more my favorite color has been sitting on their lot outside for nearing 340 days and it kinda shows it, the Rally red one has only been there 3 months and has been on the showroom since it was PDI'd.
I'm just unsure what to do or if any of you would be skeptical of buying one that has what I would consider lot rot and getting a color I am not to fond of.
Thanks for any input in advance!

Not other than when I drove it. It has less than 30mi on it, I just noticed the leather on the steering has some fading from the sun already and the tires felt like the had flat spots also. We have some hot summers and ****ty winters here lol
the leather on the steering wheels isn't all that great...better than some worse than others...I wrapped my wheel just recently and am happy with it...you could always do that if it came down to it...if she runs with no issues I'm sure all is peachy....why'd you get rid of the bimmer?

I would be all for trying to get a 2013 for that price but these cars are local and I do a lot of business with this store. Plus that South Coast Mitsubishi Is almost 1500 miles away from where am
You can get the car shipped. Not super convieniant but you'd prolly save a good bit. Just a suggestion.
Seriously, you're getting ripped off. You should easily be able to get below $33k. Personally, I wouldn't buy a car that's been sitting that long. Rubber dries out (ac lines are the first thing that comes to mind) from not being ran. They can't be charging much more for a 2013 at that price.
