Typical horrible X driver. Hell, typical horrible Evo driver. How does one hit those speeds and not know it's unacceptable for cornering in the area they're in?...

Well first off I will say I am glad everyone lived. Second thing is I'll be the first one to say I ****ing hate people like you who do stupid **** on the roads leading to accidents like that. Driving 100 plus mph regardless on public roads is just ****ing stupid. I honestly hope you lose your license forever for being a total dumb ***. There are times and places to go fast and public roads aren't one of them. Its bad enough I pay 300 a month as it is with a clean record, that I have to worry about people like you doing stupid **** like this with a perfectly good car that could possibly end up around me and or the ones I love. You sir are a pos for being stupid like that and putting others in danger. Sorry for the rant but it pisses me off to no end to see stupid recklessness like this that goes on anywhere.

And you know that it was the ASC that caused this ... how?

People like the OP's cousin are the ones who make older guys tell young guys like me to not get an Evo. Because they are scared we are going to kill someone.

I'm glad HIS passenger made it out alive. I'm not wishing that the driver would've lost his life but I certainly hope he loses his license.

I used to go on group drives in our 01 BMW M Roadster, and I have finally came to the realization that driving like that on the street is asinine. I'll do all of my spirited driving on the race tracks of Texas! It just isn't worth the risk on the street, too many unknowns.. Glad everyone survived though.

That doesn't make any sense. If you had it on, right when the computer detects you are slipping(especially from a stop in the rain) it will kill power and prevent you from slipping anymore. I know this from experience at traffic lights on rainy days on a curved hill. I'll gas it normally from a stop and if I gas it too much too quickly, it'll kill power until it regains traction and give me back control.

But then again I'm in an Evo and you're in a Ralliart. Maybe they're a little different. I'm not saying you're lying, but from my experience it just doesn't add up. Even on the racetrack, if I'm in a turn, and I gas it too much and lose grip, it'll fix it for me and give me back control. Ahh the magic of S-AWC.

Calm down, MacGyver. OP stated in the initial post it was his cousin.

Reading comprehension > you.

Guys I wasn't meaning to get people fired up bout his drivin ways, just wanted to prove the EVO deserves its 5 star crash ratings. I hear so many people rant on about how "sporty fast cars can't be safe in a crash." Believe it or not, I actually hear it a lot
