IAT performance
Hi, is it possible to loose ~40nm of torque and ~30hp just because of IAT difference of ~10 IAT?
I did many logs at this days, i had always the same performance, as long the IAT didn't change. I compared it also with my older logs were the IAT ends with value of 3 and in this logs i had nearly 480hp/600nm.
Boost, Timing and AFR was always the same.
IAT at 7000rpm = 3
480hp/601nm
IAT at 7000rpm = 9
473hp/567Nm
IAT at 7000rpm = 18
441hp/532Nm
Mods: EVO X Gsr 09 (stock engine/cam), EF2 Turbo, AEM Intake, ETS Quiet Exhaust, MAP manifold, 100cell cat, (Speed density/openloop), AMS Downpipe, FIC 1100, 98oct (Germany), ETS Intercooler.......

Aahh.. ok.. "Heat-soak" is the terminology that i should google... Thx
I knew that hot temps cause less power, but could not believe that it could make such big difference.
Damm.. and i live in a country were the temps change 10-20° Celsius within a day.

Which ETS intercooler did you get? I didn't notice that mod in your list until now. If you got the thicker one, you shouldn't be having this problem UNLESS you are doing these on a dyno and the shop's fan isn't strong enough.
