I just purchase a ETS HFC and CBE, is there anything that I will need to purchase to make the stock DP fit/not leak? Like a certain sized gasket?

Just looking for some advice from anyone running this type of setup before I get the parts in the mail.

 

Any particular reason your not upgrading the Downpipe?

 

save up and do the downpipe at the same time. Its and upstream choke point for the combination and should be changed.

 

grimmspeed makes a 2.5" to 3" adapter.

I will probably end up replacing the downpipe when I replace my clutch. Don't see a turbo upgrade in the future so I don't see the need to do it now. Plus these are my first "power" upgrades so I don't think it will be a very cost effective upgrade.

If you don't plan to upgrade your turbo just install a 3" stock-replacement downpipe, no reason to do the whole o2 elim dp.
