A "general" afr question

Car runs and drives fine. But when I come to a stop te idle afr sticks at 12.8 -13.3 and if I just barely tap te gas it will jump around and land back up around 14.5-15.2.

My WOT afr are 11.7 tapering down to 11.34
And my cruise afr is 14.5-15.5 (this are the extremes if you watch it for a few min).

So it doesn't sound like I have a boost leak per say since the afr corrects itself after I tap the gas and doesn't mess up every time. But I would say a good 7/10 it does it.

Any thoughts on idle afr?

I just tap the throttle and it jumps around then settles where should be. But if I am driving and come to a stop the afr sticks low. Then after tapping gas, afr jumps, ten settle where it should be.

I'm pretty sure this is normal and no one has come up with a good explanation. Come up to a stop and idle afr sometimes goes to around 12.5 for a few seconds before going to normal 14.7

I have searched and searched and seems only other problem I've found is afr that stay low.

It's almost like its fighting to say in closed loop or I guess fighting to get back in. But it does it from every stop/ slow down , not just from a all out wot even from highway to on ramp stop.

Plugs shall be replaced tomorrow an we will see!
But I'm worried something wrong in my tune.

Are you downshifting when you're coming to a stop at a red light, or coasting in neutral when braking for a red light?

Either way I've tried both.

The god of English teachers just killed a puppy (and wonders if you're going to go for the hat-trick).

Well my theory of a richer AFR being present in your exhaust depending on how you're coming to a stop just got shot to hell.

I wouldn't give up on your theory (assuming that I understand it). Coasting fuel-cut can cause grief when the volume of the exhaust is large. The O2 sensor continues to see pure air for a moment after the ECU decides to start injecting fuel again. A simple blip of the throttle moves the pure air past the sensor and the ECU starts getting an accurate reading again.
