another build opinion thread :)
another build opinion thread :)
I'm planning on taking my car to COBB in the next 2 months for tuning, first step is getting all the parts in place. Figured it'd be pretty simple to do an all COBB build but I'm starting to think it'd be more fun putting some work into it. I'd like your opinion on the brands and parts I'm considering as my car is stock now. I'm sort of a brand loyalist and I wouldn't want to mix up TOO many companies on the car. All these companies have great reputation but I'm leaning towards Perrin for most everything based on cost and they're local to the PNW.
Perrin or COBB turbo back exhaust (I like the catbacks from Kaizen Tuning's Sakura and Fujitsubo's Legalis R but I'm unsure what I'd want for the downpipe and high-flow cat)
Cosworth, Perrin, or COBB intercooler pipe kit
Cosworth or Perrin drop in filter and (undecided brand) turbo inlet
COBB 3-port BCS
SWIFT Sport Springs

in Seattle huh? I have a coworth drop in that I am not using any more. If I can find it in my garage, you can have it. unless you already bought one that is. It's a bit dirty but I think they are washable.
