My 2013 looks like it has DRL bulbs but it doesn't turn on when I start the car. Maybe it's cause it's a non SSS version... not too sure.

 

I never paid much attention to the lights in my 2012 other than knowing that it did not have drl's running. Perhaps on the base model one light is low beam and the other is high beam? What does your high beams look like?

Well I actually switched out the stock halogens for OEM HIDs. The HIDs aren't modded (to my knowledge) so the low beam and high beams function from one bulb. However the "DRL" bulb that sits next to the HID bulb is there but still doesn't come on. I checked the fuse box diagram and fuse #13--which is the DRL one--already as a fuse in place. I'm just not sure what the purpose of the DRL bulb is if it doesn't turn on. Surely it can't be just for "looks?"
