2012 X - First maintenance visit

I bought my X with 2300 miles on it and it had regular maintenance performed. The sticker in the window says to service at 5000. My dash display started telling me I need service at 4000. I'm now just over 4000 and figure I might as well take it in.

Outside of the normal service, are there other things I should consider? After browsing the forums I've seen discussions on other things you should consider - relay replacements, CMC, etc. I'm likely taking it to a nearby tuner as I don't trust our dealerships. I'm not looking for performance upgrades, just replacement of OEM parts that are risk prone and could cause bigger issues down the road.

Thanks!

I would suggest to replace the CMC when you change out your clutch. no point of changing that if your not going to change the clutch at the same time. It will save you some money.

Shut off car. Put into on position. Press the info button until it reaches the service required screen. Hold info button until service required flashes. RElease and press info button once.

At 4k miles you need nothing but an oil change and a tire rotation...wheel alignment if you feel like being proactive. Other than that, drive the car and enjoy it!

Zip-tie the FPR hose and get the blue fuel pump relay. There is nothing wrong with yout 2012 CMC...especially with the stock clutch. The only failure-prone CMC seems to be the 2008, and even then, it's primarily with aftermarket clutches.

The wheel alignment should be covered under warranty, they do 1 year/12000 miles on them. I would definitely have one done because the majority of our cars come out of spec from the factory.
