Checked on my phone...it does appear to be hanging a bit low. Did you put the rear muffler hangars on exactly as they came off the stock muffler?

We can compare vs. the 2014 I'm doing this weekend since it will be nearly the same setup you have.

So I looked up some pictures of the factory exhaust and my hangers are in the same orientation as stock, best I can tell. Is it possible that I got a defective unit?

I doubt it...can you take a side profile picture to see if it hangs lower than the rest of the car?

No that looks about right. Any higher and its going to rub against the rear sub frame. I don't like that exhaust, sorry.

Well let me say that it LOOKS ok because in the one picture if it goes any higher it looks like it has very little room. Maybe the picture is deceiving.

Mine sits closer, but I don't have the dp. I'll take some pics when I get home.

oval cobb tips

Thought id chime in, my oval tip turbo back has the same appearance as the quad tip im not sure what the issue is but I think mine looks fine. Also I had to stretch the stock rubber hangers like crazy to mount everything up.

So i found a video online and took a screen shot and then took a pic of mine at the same angle...mine is DEFINITELY different. I am almost wondering if Cobb made a revision to the exhaust? Maybe to reduce carbon build up on peoples bumpers?

It's been a awhile since I checked on this thread. I'm a fan of the cobb package you've choosen. Unless I missed it while reading it - you did the installation yourself? Did you install with the X on a floor jack? How was it?

BTW - If you think the tips stick-out a little too far... Its cause COBB needed to be etched in big BOSS letters. Yea man!

I have an appointment on the 24th at COBB for a pro tune and their stage 3 package installed along with swift spec-r's and whiteline rsb. This is the first work I'll have done to my car and I don't plan on getting anything else. I'll have my Accessport mounted with the 'gauges' I need up. You could do the same

I did the install myself...had the car up on 4 ramps. It was a NIGHTMARE...specifically the downpipe. Everything else was pretty straight forward but the downpipe was very very difficult.

I do not like the way my exhaust tips are sticking out that far and hanging that low. I think it looks terrible and I am hoping I can find some way to adjust it look better.
