ABS engine light!

ABS engine light!
Ok so i drive a Lancer ES. Upgraded the engine to a Evo X. BUT now i get a CEL for the ABS breaks!! 
Has anyone ever had this issue and know a way to fix it or something. Can't pass my damn inspection.
