Inconsistent performance

Hello all,

I have a 2011 gsr with a catback, intake, ebc, uicp, and a dyno tune that ran the car about 300 horses on a mustang dyno. The problem I'm having is sometimes I go wot and the car runs like a bat out of hell. More often than not, I feel a little sluggish off the line. I have considered a boost leak, but sometimes the car runs great. I can't seem to pinpoint why or when my car runs better than the other. It really is depressing stepping on the gas and the car really doesn't go. Other times I think I feel the real power of the car. I use the same gas from the same station almost every fill up. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you fix it?

Is this happening at low RPM's? Cause i feel the same way when i hit it and it doesn't go. But I know once i'm in the power band the car is good to go.

I understand the lag aspect of a turbo engine. Sometimes the turbo pulls so hard but sometimes it just falls flat on its face

I feel like sometimes my car does the same thing. I've noticed this way before this posting so i'm not just bugging out.

If this is happening to you, a notable difference can be felt when doing 2nd,3rd, or 4th gear pulls. the car feels a little flat almost. same boost same everything just feels like all the power isn't there. Like less torque feeling than when it runs good.

while writing this i was thinking maybe the clutch is slipping and that some of the power is getting lost in the drivetrain?

Exactly how I feel. It's weird. Sometimes I feel if I ran up against an accord I'd have a hard time beating it. Sometimes I feel I could run with a vette. I've thought about the weather but I have some dead pulls in cold weather too.

I've noticed this lately as well, for instance last night I punched it going 60 in third gear and the car hit boost and everything but didnt want to go, thought I had a slipping clutch but I was fine the next pull...?

does your car sometimes overboost a lil. like i have the AEM failsafe so i can see when it goes above 26psi. sometimes it spikes, not sure in correlation with the inconsistencies though.

i asked petey the tuner and he said maybe either my 3-port or my wastegate is getting stuck. i was in a rush and he was saying something about loosening the wastegate and then tightening it back three turns or something like that. can anyone elaborate?

im running a 3-port, it just did it today! I hit it in 3rd at 60, the car revved but didnt feel like it usually does....i put it in 4th and hit it and the car pulled like a train...i tried 3rd again and it was perfect....no burning clutch smell or anything.
