Of course the top end sucks from the factory... Build the motor and throw a T3/4 kit on there. Rev it out to 9k rpms and report back

Honestly OP , this car is not a top end car.. if you want top end you will need to mod it.

$990

Because i use the car as a DD I'm probably going with this option:

$990 gets me full cold air intake, ECU reprogram (Factory ECU) 25kw at the wheels gain, sounds pretty good for a grand and still keep car pretty standard.

Evo = Rally car. Rally cars are NOT meant for 130 mph +. They will still get there but cannot compare it to a V8 RWD vehicle. Those on the other hand are built for straight TOP end. Evo = insane around curves and acceleration.

This...right now on my build platform i'm hitting 135mph at around 7k and my motor can do 8+ easy. Mod the car, then come back.

Get at least intake/full turbo back exhaust (down pipe, test pipe and catback) with a custom tune and it is NIGHT AND DAY.

Sounds like that may be a little much for an intake and a tune.....but yes...top end the turbo tapers A LOT...custom tune with a 3port boost controller is your friend
