i have a cat back 3'' and i can turn this into a turbo with a test pipe and down pipe am i correct? bought the car used and i want to start modding. couldn't find anything regarding this
With brand new parts? No. You can always find a used TP for like $80-100 and a used DP for the remainder, maybe even less. But the real killer is the tune. 
Depending on where you get tuned it's like $400-$500+.
