evos not fast anymore after CMC change

Hey guys, so i picked up my car from the body shop after it was hit in the rear right side. Was in the shop for bout 3 weeks.

i dont normally park the car out in the street but, the clutch master cylinder blew on me.

SO before it was sent to the body shop, the CMC was replaced to a magnus one.

I picked up the car today, and realized the car feels crazy slow!. I dont feel the turbo at ALL!!!!

Any idea why this is?

I would start with a boost leak test. What are you using to control boost? Maybe one of the vacuum lines has popped off and the car is only building wastegate pressure?

I don't think that your car being slow would relate to the CMC change at all, I would have it checked out

I agree with heel2toe do a boost leak test and go from there. Do you have any gauges like boost or afr that could help you see whats going on also

the CMC is near the boost control solenoids and most likely removed to do the job.

perhaps they were just re-installed incorrectly.

Sounds like either a boost leak or control issue.

Check the turn signal relay, that maybe interfere with the CMC.

If you can hear the "BOV" and its stock, then it's prolly a big boost leak..
