The cars i mentioned are ct9a chassis cars. Fact. You can runaway from that as much as you want. Second, I was proving which engine has more potential, that's an easy win for the 4g, which you haven't dispelled all you can say is how that doesn't matter because most people don't have the funds. I've proved far more than you, your just making excuses. "The engine is older" "most people won't goto this power levels" yada yada point is if they wanted to the 4g is the engine to do it in, go read the thread I posted where X guys even admit it. You didn't prove anything. You have not established that the 4B11 lacks potential, merely that no one has currently built one above 900 HP. That is not a statement about potential.
It's a damn good thing your job doesn't require you to prove anything because so far you haven't done a particularly good job of proving anything you've said.

You know overall the evo x is a better car than the 4g63 evos will ever be. Give up already. You've already lost and dont know it yet.
Speculative claim? That's like saying if I see someone with a broken leg I'm just speculating there leg is broken. The evo 8 is better in the 1/4 mike. The evo makes higher numbers you can, once again look around on dyno sections and at the strip its obvious the evo 8 makes more power, your counter claim is the 4g63 is over 20 years old....sure, but that doesn't change that its still making better numbers. Your defending the X because you own one but are just being partial.
The 4g63 evos are making higher hp numbers because they have been around a lot longer than evo x's. And shops have had alot more time to toy with them. Thats it. Like I said before, the drivetrain in the evo x as a complete package is much stronger than the evo 8 drivetrain, as a complete package. Game over!
When someone makes a dumb comment that the evo 8 has a "trash awd system" and how only a 2010 evo x or gtr is a "real tuner car" yeah I'm gonna denied it as would and ct9a owner. The 8/9 is better in drag and obviously time attack, except for the ams evo x which is doing amazing, but as a whole the evo VIII dominates time attack against other cars who put just as much money into themselves. To the OP, get an X you won't regret it. It's the best daily/performance car you can prob buy.
The evo 8 awd system compared to the evo x sh-awd system is trash. You look confused!

Iust posted examples big boy. Take the cold facts. According to your logic, since they had forever understanding the 4g63 they shoulda known how to make something that was better and they could continue improving....instead all you hear about it the 4b11 blowing up at a scary rate. And he's, there's DEF better engines than the 4g63, he'll Hondas k20 is better, just not the 4b11. DEAL with it. And why the hell do I have to explain about time attack, your on an evo forum and don't already know what the evo VIII has done in time attack? Your just playing dumb

I'm OK with letting you guys argue about silly things, but I'm not OK with anyone saying that I drive a Honda. The next person who says that my car has SH-AWD, instead of S-AWC, gets slapped.

But, in all honesty, I wouldn't have it any other way.
But I'll still go medieval on anyone who says (again) that I have a Honda. That my car might be less good for racing against men wearing dresses is fine - after all, the point of an X is the AYC and stronger chassis, so the fact that it weighs more than an 8 or 9 is not a big deal to me. But say that I drive a Honda and that's war.
