I have been looking all over google and i cannot find anyone who sells these quad projectors with the red reflective inserts. who makes these? where can i legitimately buy them?

 

You can't. People on these forums make them custom. If you search, there are a number of threads where people will do a custom fab for you for a fee.

 

Yes. They are retrofits done to their existing headlights.

Even if they did make them and you could buy them, I would assume they would be some ebay crappy ones. Or cost 2000+ dollars. Although, a quad retrofit would most likely cost you over 1000+ bucks at the minimum.

There is a good retrofitter here in NJ that I have used and recommended before. He has done a bunch of quad set ups. He is listed as one of the top approved retrofitters on HID planet.
