Isopropyl Alcohol

That will neutralize the smell. Crime Scene cleanup crews use that to clean up human remains. It works really well with most pungent odors. Skunk smell is no exception.

I've tried he vinegar method on my IX because it had s slight smell of smoke due to the last owner...it leaves the smell of vinegar in the car for a pretty long time and even after that it still wasn't 100% gone.

Never buy a car from a smoker (if you aren't one). Bought a 3rd gen RX7 - spent years trying to get the smell out... never got better... it always comes back.

Yeah, lucky for me though it was very feint and not very noticeable to others. The only reason I noticed it was because I'm super OCD and I like to track down smells and noises from my car hahaha. But I used loads of "odor killing" products and those somewhat helped since everyone who sat in my car said it smelled good lol.

Get a product from the grocery store that neutralizes baby diaper odor. I used to work in the medical field, and the area that had live animals used those products. And I'm not talking about animals used for petting.

Talking thru experience.... Park the car with windows open for 4-5 days. The smell will eventually diminish and go away in time. Bathing with tomato juice only works on a human skins when get sprayed. Hope this help

Just try the Isopropyl. They will have it in Target, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, CVS, Publix, Kroger, Walmart, and even some 7Elevens.

Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Period.

The smell of a skunk is mostly due to the sulfur. The best counter to sulfur (within reason) is baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Ozone, for example, does almost nothing against sulfur. And alcohol could actually make it worse. Vinegar and baking soda is not a good option, either. You don't want a strong acid and, IMO, vinegar stinks almost as much as sulfur.

Thanks, Everyone for all the advice! I tried the vinegar and baking soda method today. I was able to wash away most the smell. Now for the inside air fresheners & Replaced Cabin Filter not sure if that'll help or not.
