How did you connect the peices of aluminum together? I'm assuming you didn't weld the aluminum together

I used a metal bender, bent a 1/2 bend at the end of each piece to create a corner, which I then drilled a small hole, then screwed stainless steel self tapping screws

To get an idea of what I mean check out the last photo I posted where the box has no top on it.

you could use welnuts or metal-metal adhesive

I've been thinking of doing this with ABS scraps i have sitting around and some carbon, but I think hollywood will kill me if I change my intake mid-tune again
