I'm looking for aftermarket seats that still have the seat heaters but are a little in the butt. Is there such a thing?

Most aftermarket seats reduce the size and weight of the seat by stripping out un needed things. Heated after market seats that work and fit with the Evo are going to be hard to find.

You can buy kits to add heat to your seats. Includes a dash switch and everything.

 

Please note that many people will simple ignore threads that ask about seats that "are a little in the butt." Most parsings of that phrase lead to concepts that 'phobes refuse to admit to having thought about. When I googled it for you, for example, I ended up on a site selling thongs.
