Cobb tuning V2 or V3

I was wondering if there was any performance difference between the Cobb V2 and the V3. Just got the car and the factory setting are horrible so I need one or the other. Thanks

They are the same basic device. The main difference is aesthetic, the v3 looks prettier and can display more monitoring data I believe.

Personally i'm going w/ the V3. Is the same thing as stated above, but I've held both in my hands and I decided if I'm going to be spending the money, go with the V3. Very clear simple, and it catches peoples eye when they hop in.

Go with the v3, has better resell value and will be more desired if you do plan to sell later. Product does look great.

I'm planning on getting the V3 for my Evo pretty soon. The display is much nicer and if you are planning on keeping the AP mounted in the car, I think it's the better option.

Has anyone installed the AP with the EVO center mount? I wanted to know if it's worth getting or if it will damage the dashboard. Seems kinda scary to clip onto the glossy black plastic without scraping up the surface.

Thanks for the info. One more question if you buy the V3 for a evo from Cobb does it come with the mount made just for an evo or a universal mount.

I believe the mount is universal (for the v3) as its just a vent clip/ 3m tape

I saw a Evo X mount on the Cobb website that looks a little different than the universal one. Looks like a little sturdier setup but also costs an extra 65 bucks lol. Just wanted to see if anyone has it and if it's worth getting.

I second this. Would like to know the difference also. To know if it's worth the extra $65 for it
