Overboosting

Ok 2011 GSR Stock. My evo threw out P0234 overboosting twice now. Both times when it was fairly cold out. Found out the previous owner tuned it. Dont know if its the waste gate or if I should just get it re-tuned. (bad tune maybe?)
Please help its freaking me out !!!!!

Ultimate peace of mind will be you getting a new tune. Maybe invest in a boost and AFR gauge so you can monitor things all the time.

The first thing you should do ANY TIME you buy a used Evo is to take it to a shop to check the tune..

I've seen so many pop their motors because of promised parts that weren't there, tunes on the car with parts that have been taken off etc.

Take it to Moore, they will hook you up
