EVO X Bolt Torque specs

So i'm planning on taking out my passenger seat and rear seat, as well as other odds and ends for auto x and I'm wondering where i can find the proper torque specs for when i want to put all those parts back into the car, anyone know?

Looking for:

1) passenger seat
2) seat belts in rear

No need to be an asshat, I thought seat belts might be pretty important considering the g force and importance of proper function during a life threatening crash.

Based on the Evo X service manual that is available online:

1) Passenger Seat (and driver) to the floor mounting points: 43 +/- 8 N-m or 32 +/- 6 ft-lb (page 52A-21)

2) Seat belts rear (and front) to the mounting points: 43 +/- 8 N-m or 32 +/- 6 ft-lb (page 52A-32)
