anyone ever fabricated/crafted their own quick release bumper? i wanna make my own since it seems pretty easy and itll save me about $200. It looks like you just drill through the bumper and fender and a single metal plate on the inside of the two and then just add caps to hide the screws? is this right or is there another, better way to do it? ive never owned a quick release bumper before but looking at the images this is what it seems like. thanks

 

Here is another option. It looks a little more involved than just a plate, but you be a better fabricator than I lol
