I ordered from mitsubishiparts.net on April 3rd. It's been almost two weeks and I have no clue where my parts are. I have contacted Russel, I have messaged them on facebook, I called them about 5 times. I'm getting very frustrated with this service. I am being ignored. Not professional at all!
i just got some parts from them the other day. keep in mind they most likely don't have a large portion of their stuff on hand, so they need to source your order from japan... i typically don't even see a tracking number for my orders from them until 2 weeks after i order, and it comes in 3 to 4 weeks after date of order.

Screw them, it's not your fault they have to take a hit with extra shipping, you paid what you had to from thier site and that's thier fault, horrible customer service if you ask me.
This is the worst customer service that I've ever had, Almost no communication, I'm trying to be as understanding but it's hard when on facebook I send them a message it says that they have seen it and no response. I honestly feel ignored. I paid my additional fee and Russel himself told me he would send me a confirmation, no confirmation either. I hope they fix it, I'm so disappointed with the service and probably won't be ordering again from them. Like I said, I'm trying to be really understanding, it's hard after you get neglected so bad.
