Mitsubshiparts.net no response, no parts

I ordered from mitsubishiparts.net on April 3rd. It's been almost two weeks and I have no clue where my parts are. I have contacted Russel, I have messaged them on facebook, I called them about 5 times. I'm getting very frustrated with this service. I am being ignored. Not professional at all!

I asked a question a few weeks ago. Why the JDM fog deletes when from 80.00 to 130.00... No response either.

Do they accept paypal? I hardly buy from any site unless they do, because I can always file a claim and get my money back if something like this were to happen

i just got some parts from them the other day. keep in mind they most likely don't have a large portion of their stuff on hand, so they need to source your order from japan... i typically don't even see a tracking number for my orders from them until 2 weeks after i order, and it comes in 3 to 4 weeks after date of order.

They finally got back to me, they said it was put on hold because they had to order it from somewhere else. They told me there would be additional shipping costs, WTF

I asked that question a month ago. They replied the same day saying that was a special promo they were running and it has ended

I'm afraid that since they are probably ordering my bumper and grille from japan, it'll be 500 dollars and up for shipping. I'm trying to cancel right now.

Screw them, it's not your fault they have to take a hit with extra shipping, you paid what you had to from thier site and that's thier fault, horrible customer service if you ask me.

This is the worst customer service that I've ever had, Almost no communication, I'm trying to be as understanding but it's hard when on facebook I send them a message it says that they have seen it and no response. I honestly feel ignored. I paid my additional fee and Russel himself told me he would send me a confirmation, no confirmation either. I hope they fix it, I'm so disappointed with the service and probably won't be ordering again from them. Like I said, I'm trying to be really understanding, it's hard after you get neglected so bad.

I agree if they had the parts for sale and sold them to you, then they found out they didnt have them in stock. They shouldn't penalize you for their mistake. Id cancel.
