How you doing guys I know this is not the thread page for this but I got a quick question do you guys ever order in this web side call Mitsubishiparts.net before I think a made a mistake and I order some stuff In that page and they give me a confirmation number but it still processing since February 8 and I also call in the number of that page and nobody answers. Any advice thanks

They are local to the NW and many have dealt with them here (including me). They even have a sub-forum here. I'd keep calling.

I had a little shipping issue that was resolved by Russel. He never answered any calls I made but email seemed to work.

I just wanted to share my experience with them so far and it hasn't been good, I bought a stereo bracket from them on the 26 then realized I don't need it and they won't respond to my questions or emails about getting a refund since they cancelled the order. I am going to email him with the other email because I am in Canada. I have used the order message on the website and the email at brucetitus but no replies so far.

Call this number to 8667545500 and ask for Russell that is the only way I found it

Just wanted to say I received my refund today but still no communication from them. Least I am not out the money.
