I'm having the same issue. 08 with 60k miles. Just got its 60K tuneup at the beginning of this month and when I tried driving her today, she didn't start. she'll crank, like she's trying to start but no luck.

if you pump the gas does it start??? If so with everything you've said you tried the pump maybe the next place....how much gas is in the tank? This is similar to the problem im having but I believe its my DW65c. Im contacting DW Monday after I swap the OEM pump back in.

I think I have the same pump, but I think my problem is to much fuel at initial start up

Did you do all the work to the car or buy it with the mods? I don't think you flooded the motor with fuel. I would check the pump...

I unplugged the fuel injectors and cranked it and it started the shut off cause lack of fuel of course, then I plugged them back up and it started right up a couple times, then it got harder to start and not starting now, so I think is injectors or to much fuel and start up

Do you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key? Could check the electrical connection on the fuel pump to make sure you have good contact. Possibly look to see if the micron filter is clogged (if one is there).

Think its bad gas? might get a sample and get it checked out. Or drain the tank and get some more gas. Has it been sitting for a long time? Possibly gone bad because of ethonal contect?

You said your car was tuned... Tuned by whom? Was it tuned with the 1000cc injectors? Did you start having these problems right after the tune or further along?

I think the fuel pump primes , is not a lack of fuel, to much and it was tuned in San Antonio Texas by JMS with the 1000cc injectors, it didn't start happening till i Got here to hawaii, I'm thinking either bad injectors or needs retune
