08 Evo X not starting/hard to start

So I just moved to hawaii from Texas with my 08 evo x gsr, I had my car tuned in Texas I come here and at first everything is fine, then it started having trouble starting, now it just won't start at all. It'll crank, and some times I'll get lucky and it'll start if I floor it or other times I'll have to get some people and pop the clutch, it'll drive fine once it starts, I took it to fire stone they said they tested the spark and the fuel pressure and it was fine, but they couldn't figure out the problem. I took it to Mitsubishi they said they don't know, return it to stock. I also noticed when I try to start it I smell fuel, and it also through a check engine code for intake charge system, but that went away I think.I thought it was bad gas it's not.Idk what the problem is or what to do...please help
List of mods:
Ets turbo kit
1000cc injectors
Ams exhaust no cat
After market fuel pump
Hks BOV

Have you checked all the relays? Or maybe the fuel pump?

Swap the relay (you can use your A/C or horn relay IIRC) and see if it starts right up

I don't think it's the timing chain , I think it's something electrical, maybe lose ground on the starter or lose ground somewhere else or battery isn't strong enough
