I am finally back in the Evo scene after sellng my IX 2 years ago. This past weekend I picked up a 2014 Evo X GSR and its been great to be back! I previously had a 03 Evo VIII and a 06 Evo IX. I was really hoping to get back into a IX but after looking for months for the right one and not having to much luck I went to the dealer and picked up a left over 2014 Evo X for a price I couldn't turn down. Heres 2 pics from the day I picked it up. Will post more pics when i get the chance.

congrats! i also came form an viii (that i had for 11 years). it was really hard letting go of the viii but having had the x now for a couple months, to me it's the better car.

Ive tried to leave this car but having looked around a lot I just cant find one better. Its the best all around car there is and way underrated.
I think youll find after you start getting into the workings of your X it has as much or more potential than the IX or IIIX even if it is a little bigger and heavier.
I hope to return for the 3rd time in a few months. Sold my '08 for an m3, then sold that for an '11, which I sold for an m4. Hope to sell the m4 in a few months and get into a '15.
never selling my X. Gonna strip it out and make it a beast of a weekend canyon car and track car. When everyone is driving around in electric bubbles with tv screens I'll still be getting 15 mpg :-)
