Smile newbie need some tuning device info

I'm new to the evo world and always been in the dsm but same family. I wanted to get all bolt ons, tbe or catback, fmic w/full piping, intake system, bov, injectors, fuel pump. Wideband, boost gauge, or Cobb ac v3?

Now I'll need to get a tuning device to tune those to get full potential power and to be safe.

What is available and is cheapest, safest? Recommendations and suggestion is welcome.

Cobb AC v3? ECU flash? ect..... What is all recommend when getting these device?

Thanks

You mean a pro tune by a tuner at a dyno shop?

Not to be mean, but I think you really need to research, carefully plan your modification path, then consult with a good tuner in your area and execute. You are just listing random parts in your initial post, some of which are valid, some not, and you are also missing critical parts because you haven't taken the time to research. (Test pipe, EBCS).

Slow down and enjoy your car Get used it, see what YOU want to change about it, then decide on a modification path and go from there.

It feels, to me, that you are just excited to have the car which is great, but you only have ONE chance to do it right so slow down and smell the flowers!

For now I'm trying to get HKS Legamax axle back and ETS intake system. The ETS doesn't need any tuning but with the axle back, do you think I should get the Cobb AP to tune the both or should I be fine with just the ETS short ram intake system and axle back?

I'm trying to get these two for sure and would like to know if I have to get the Cobb AP.

I wouldn't plan your mods around "not getting tuned". A good tune is mandatory for cheap safe power. If you are just looking for sound, the ETS short ram and a catback are probably fine. But you don't drive a REAL Evo until it's been tuned

And by "tuned" I mean a legitimate pro tune. You can get these tunes put on the Cobb AP by a tuner as well, but the tunes that come built into the Cobb are generic.
