Hey man I'd rather not spend 3k on rims, these look good and aren't too much heavier than OEM. If i had the money i would've bought a better brand but I'm directing my money towards making my car faster and not really concerned about buying crazy expensive rims just to daily drive on. But thats just me.

I never said they don't look good. Just there's other wheels** that you could buy for not much more that are much better quality. Brand does matter, once XXR's crack after a big pothole. But that's just me.

There's an XXR thread with hundreds of people that say different, and yes there's other wheels for about $400 more, which could be used on other things. Just depends what is important to you. I see plenty of people auto crossing their evo with them with no problems. If this car ever turns into strictly a track car then yeah I'm gonna put on better quality rims but for now it looks good and they work well for a daily driver. Just different opinions here, but I respect yours. Thanks for the reply.

Looks good man! Black on black is sexy. XXR ftw! I've had my 527's on for about 10k and not a single problem on Minnesota roads. That's even on a 35 series tire. For the price you definitely can't go wrong with these. If you do happen to hit a massive pot hole and manage to crack one, at least a replacement will be cheap ha. I'm curious, how come you went with a 245 tire? Plenty of room for more tire.

Looking good! I definitely agree to an extent that name brand wheels matter, but id feel much better hitting a giant pothole with some Xxr wheels then a set of Volks lol keep up the good work!

Thanks I appreciate it! And honestly no reason, I will be upgrading to a bigger size tire once these are ready to go, they were on my stock rims so I figured just throw these on and run them for a couple seasons. But for now I'm diggin' the slightly stretched tire look

Definitely name brand matters, haven't heard much bad things about XXR and I'm liking them so far, eventually I will be upgrading but its a good stepping stone for now, thanks for the support!

I've had to buy 2 MR wheels off of ebay $300 each dealership was asking $1100 for one,I have been tempted to buy less expensive wheels but I like the look of the MR BBS's.
