FWIW, my experience with cheap exhaust parts:
Flanges aren’t flat, if they are they warp and never seal again
Welds break
They hit random parts of the car: oil pan, driveline, fuel tank, bumper cover
No customer support if any of this goes wrong.

not worth it.

i can't tell you how much i've spent making my "cheap" test pipe fit and not leak.

THIS. It is not about buying expenssive parts/quality parts just to do so, its about guaranteeing you are getting something that WORKS! My ETS catback that was custom made only cost me $700 shipped. I dont find that bad at all. It fit PERFECT and has no leaks and doesnt touch anything it isnt supposed to. Its also super light. Not to mention its from a company that backs our community to the fullest, year in year out. I helped my sister install a bargain brand catback on her BRZ. It was a bad experience and doesnt fit very perfect at all. On the other hand I would not buy an Akropovic exhaust or something of the like. It is way too much money and doesnt provide anything my current setup is lacking.

exactly they are distributor for quality parts, like it was mentioned , Volk , Rays etc.

MXP has a very high quality material so as manufacturing. Really nice piece and very good quality.
Cost about $1200 , so i wouldn't call it exactly cheap for a cat back also.

i have one on my car , had many exhaust before... So here is my opinion on MXP a bit more:

I'd recommend keeping an eye out on classifieds and eBay for an exhaust. I put together my own quality ams downpipe with ams test pipe, and v2 quiet exhaust together for $800

Slightly used for an exhaust is no biggie IMO.

Can't wait to install n get tuned in a month

I would invest a couple hundred more dollars for better quality.

The UR test pipe is literally disintegrating on the flanges because it's not stainless steel like the body. All my other exhaust parts are stainless and they are like new.

Cheap or Expensive exhaust?

I ordered an ETS Downpipe and Testpipe and couldn't be any happier with the build quality and customer service. Don't cheap out and get ETS it is worth it in the long run and they stand behind their products.

I'd say it depends on what kind of budget you're working with. I've seen a lot of great deals come and go for quality exhausts, so if you aren't in a rush, I'd just be patient and wait for a deal come up. People are always crashing these things on a weekly basis so you never know when there'll be a partout

I am not into giving free advertisement, but I DO have an ETS sticker on my rear window. I love ETS and their customer service.
